**About the Team**:
- Seek, develop relationships with potential customers network ( direct or indirect )/ Tìm kiếm, phát triển mạng lưới khách hàng tiềm năng ( có thể là trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp )
- Execute plan of acquisition and expansion activities cascaded from Merchant team to achieve sales targets./ Thực hiện kế hoạch tư vấn, kí hợp đồng với khách hàng chưa hợp tác trên nền tảng ShopeeFood
- Approach assigned merchant clients and support food retail owners in collaborating with ShopeeFood apps and features./ Tiếp cận, tư vấn, kí hợp đồng, hỗ trợ phương cách sử dụng các tính năng sản phẩm với nhóm khách hàng được chỉ định.
- Building and maintaining relationships with merchant clients./ Xây dựng và kiểm soát tốt quan hệ khách hàng.
- Support implementing advertisements and promotions campaigns with POSM at retail selling points./ Hỗ trợ triển khai chiến dịch quảng cáo bằng POSM tại các điểm bán hàng chỉ định.
- Support solving issues related to customers./ Hỗ trợ giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan tới khách hàng.
- Work with other functions to propose proper benefits for food retail customers./ Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan để đề xuất những yêu cầu phù hợp của khách hàng, nâng cao trải nghiệm bán hàng.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or College's degree in a Business Administration or related field./ Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao Đẳng chuyên ngành Quản Trị Kinh Doanh hoặc liên quan.
- Prior experience in F&B or sales in E-commerce, E-Wallet, POS, etc./ Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực F&B hoặc Thương Mại Điện Tử, E-wallet, POS,...
- Communication skills and negotiation skills./ Kĩ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán
- Time-oriented and able to handle tough customers/ retail food stores./ Kiểm soát tốt thời gian công việc và có khả năng làm việc với các khách hàng khó tính/ cửa hàng bán lẻ
- Able to understand processes and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately./ Thích nghi nhanh với qui trình và thích ứng với việc theo dõi công việc của chính mình một cách có hệ thống và chính xác.
- Hardworking, honest, responsible, self-motivated, and self-confident. / Chăm chỉ, Trung thực, Có trách nhiệm, Năng động, Tự tin
