    Mô tả

    To undertake responsibilities related to compensation and benefits (C&B), as well as total reward activities within the Company, ensuring smooth and precise execution.

    Payroll and Benefits Management:

    • Oversee the payroll process, including monthly timesheet management, attendance recording, salary and incentive calculation, and staff benefit and allowance computation.
    • Monitor and manage overtime hours.
    • Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) calculation and finalization, along with monthly PIT reporting.
    • Prepare for and contribute to the annual salary review and bonus allocation.
    • Manage various insurances such as Social, Health, Unemployment, and Occupational Disease insurance, including monthly updates, claim processing, and other related tasks.
    • Administer Care/Accident Insurance by adhering to contracts, managing payments, updating the Supplier monthly, and handling staff claims.
    • Responsible for issuing and renewing labor contracts (LC), as well as maintaining proper documentation.

    Offboarding and Separation:

    • Oversee the general offboarding process, ensuring final payments and Social Insurance (SI) book completion.

    C&B Administration:

    • Prepare decisions related to salary adjustments, allowances, promotions, transfers, and relocations.
    • Update employee profiles in the ERP system.

    Policy and Process Management:

    • Participate in the revision of HR and C&B policies and processes.

    Reporting, Auditing, and Projects:

    • Manage internal audits, inspections, and audits related to the C&B function.
    • Prepare C&B reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Contribute to C&B projects and participate in HR projects, including reviewing and revising job grades and salary structures.

    Other Duties:

    • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
