    Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Solutions Designer. As a Solutions Designer, where you have experience in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative solutions. If you excel in developing comprehensive business design documents and possess stellar communication skills, join us in advancing public sector initiatives.

    Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

    Must Haves:

  • Extensive experience in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies.
  • Proficiency in developing business design documents and functional requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Criteria:
  • Technical Solution and Development Skills:
  • Expertise in creating detailed process flows and high-level screen designs.
  • Familiarity with user experience and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in user research and usability testing.
  • Technology Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM Solution implementation.
  • Competence in change management methodologies and UAT documentation.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and with tight timelines.
  • Experience in bridging client business requirements to technical teams.
  • Public Sector Experience:

    Familiarity with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model preferred.
