Mô Tả Công Việc:

The requirements are for SAP technical 2nd level support work. The request is for various projects for different functional areas. The details of the project would be presented and discussed as part of the onboarding process.

Restoration Incident & Failure Incident Support

Technical debug to identify the root cause for failure.
Technical solution proposal for failure correction
Technical solution implementation for failure correction

Service Request & Problem Request Support

Technical fulfillment as per the specifications
Execution of LSMW for mass data corrections/uploads
The minor changes are valid only for FICO functional area.

Support from Mondays to Fridays

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

Good English communication (speaking and writing)
Expertise in Debugging for SAP standard and custom objects
Proactive preventive measures for repeated issues
Functional Area knowhow: FI-CO, SD-CS, Logistic (MM, SRM, PP, QM, PM, APO & LE)
ABAP core (Data dictionary, SQL, ALV, Report, Dialog programming, SAPScripts, Smartform, BDC)
Advanced ABAP (OOP, BAPI, Idocs, Workflow, Enhancement, BADI, Webdynpro, ADOBE form )
Experience in HANA and mobility (UI5, Fiori) is a plus
