Job Responsibility for Engineering Manager - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

  • Implement and evolve patterns, practices, and processes to support effective design, development, and delivery of customer value in partnership with engineering leaders, and product leaders
  • Coach and mentor engineering leaders, and individual engineers
  • Involving in strategic and operational decisionmaking
  • Ensuring technology teams deliver major initiatives that drive our service/system growth
  • Work closely with Product, Business, and Quality Control teams to understand and track to the closure of product implementation, enhancements, and changes
  • Participate in product team iteration planning, release planning, and coordination of dependencies
  • Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes

Requirement for
Engineering Manager - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
  • Math skills, including calculus and other advanced mathematics
  • Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously
  • Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
  • Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers
