Mô Tả Công Việc:


  • Manage the development and deployment processes make sure that the features are shipped
optimally, and product stays healthy once they hit production.

  • Design, review, write, and test code this is a handson engineering role, and you will be
directly involved in the design and development of new features.

  • Provide mentorship and feedback to teammates to make your team the best version of itself.
Motivate and encourage everyone to give their best work.


Yêu Cầu Công Việc:


MUST HAVE
(advantage) language, in accordance with Clean Architecture guidelines, Object Oriented
Programming (OOP) and related Design Patterns, in particular MVVM

  • Working knowledge of Software IDEs, in particular Android Studio
  • Working knowledge of Internet Secure Communications (OWASP guidelines, including, REST
APIs, HTTPS, Certificates, etc.)

  • Working experience with GIT and tracking systems like Jira
  • Leading exp of a small team (25 members) of at least 2 years
  • JetPack Compose; and/or,
  • Dependency Injection; and/or,
  • Testing: Unit Testing, Expresso 2.0; and/or,
  • Continuous integration environments such as Jenkins, Bitbucket or others.
- "Can-do" attitude and passion to face challenges.

  • Strong commitment to RCH goals and enthusiasm to learn new working methods and
technologies.

  • Willing to work in a dynamic environment going beyond personal comfort zone.
  • Clean, methodic and selfcritical mindset in requirements acquisition, definition of use cases,
design and software implementation.

  • Fluent written and spoken English, possibly German and/or French

  • 13th month salary (cycle: Jan Dec. If the employee works for from 2 months to less than 6 months, he/she will be entitled to 1⁄2 13th month salary; if the employee works for 6 months to 1 year, he/she will be entitled to a full 13th month salary);
