Overall Responsibilities- Lead the development of commercial strategies to achieve sales goals, manage sales performance

  • Work with the marketing team to create strategies that boost the company and product awareness
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and build strong relationships with customers while following up on the company compliance guidelines
  • Establish longterm professional relationships with targeted customer groups to promote the company's services.


  • Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for achieving the company sales targets
  • Do market research, build business plans
  • Proven experience in marketing and direct sales
  • Proactively explore and expand new/ existing customer base
  • Skills in pricing strategies and key account management
  • Strong experience in KOLs/ Affiliate marketing development
  • Manage team performance, and individual business plans by weekly and monthly
  • Ensure operations comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and Law.
  • Requirements:
  • Requirements
  • Past experience as a Commercial Director/ Business Director/ Head of Sales
  • Experience in Oncology or Genetic is preferred
  • Having networks and relationships with local KOLs and medical society
  • Experience in sales techniques, preferably in medical technology
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, good business acumen
  • Excellent both oral communications and writing skills in the local native language, English language
  • Resultoriented in work
  • Desire to build positive values for the community
