We operate two branches in the Philippines (Manila and Clark), providing online English conversation services to Japanese schools and tutoring centers. As we expand our presence in Vietnam, we are seeking a highly motivated Online English Conversation Sales Representative to join our team.

English-speaking personnel.

As their client base in Vietnam gradually increases, the company aims to establish a presence in Hanoi to further expand their services and offer more Filipino instructors to cater to the growing demand of Vietnam's English learning market.

In pursuit of these objectives, "GnGn Inc." plans to set up a representative office in Vietnam and actively engage in sales and new client acquisition activities with companies offering
English services in Vietnam. The company will approach them with a proposition to provide resources for online English conversation with Filipino instructors.

Position:


Online English Conversation Sales & Marketing Representative (VN Branch)
■
Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential clients in Vietnam's education sector, including schools, language institutes, and other learning institutions interested in online English conversation services.
• Promote and introduce our services, emphasizing the advantages of our Filipino English

- speaking resources for effective language learning.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor our services accordingly.

• Collaborate with the Japan headquarters to ensure seamless communication and coordination with our clients and internal teams.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and market expansion in

Vietnam.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the branch manager.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Basic English to facilitate communication with the Japan headquarters and

Filipino teams.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• If you have an experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education industry, that's better but we are welcome for non-experienced people.
• Good communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the education landscape in Vietnam is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about our services, resources, and target market.

Experienced in educational technology sales.

• Having prior experience hiring Filipino teachers is advantageous but not required.
• An IELTS Academic 7.0 score is advantageous.

Salary and Advancement Opportunities:

The salary for this position ranges from
$800 to $1,300 / 19,050,000 VND to 31,500,000 VND per month, depending on experience and performance.

As an Online English Conversation Sales Representative, you will have the potential to advance to the position of Sales Manager and eventually take on leadership responsibilities as a Branch Manager, as you demonstrate strong sales achievements and leadership capabilities.
