Company Description ABOUT AVERY DENNISON CORPORATION**ABOUT YOUR ROLE (Mô tả chung về công việc):

Coordinate new technology development; follow up new product sampling
Drive process excellence and stable product quality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (Các trách nhiệm đảm đương):

Prepress, printing, finishing's process design and improvement;
Standard operational procedure (SOP) design and improvement;
New product's process assessment and followup;
Arrange and coordinate production trial for quality/process improvement;
Raw material test and NMR follow up;
Maintain production BOM system.
Handling and report monthly machine status Daily control machine status
Planning training plan for new comer
Plan and update weekly consumable
Coordinate with GPD and Platform team on Technical issue, CCR and quality issue.
Build up the technical team to be strong on skills

Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU (Các yêu cầu tuyển dụng cần có):

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field

years of working experience on printing industry

Strong responsibility, good customer service sense and excellent communication skills;
Flexibility for trouble shooting
