Responsible the management of projects from inception to completion
Responsible for contract administration and negotiation.
Participating in forecast, track, monitor and control budget throughout project cycle.
Ensure the compliance and implement OH&S Systems during the project procurement, delivery and postcontract stage such as site inspection, and implement Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) & Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and other safety audit as required.
Manage and report the medium range and overall construction programme for the assigned projects throughout project inception, procurement, delivery and handover stages.
Manage the design details approvals process.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience and a proven track in major infrastructure projects within a commercial setting.
Experience in coordinating and implementing strategic projects by utilizing effective management principles of planning, resource allocation, communication, formalized documentation, implementation, negotiation, evaluation and reporting.
Experience in monitoring and managing project cost and budgets.
