International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational consumer financial company.

Our highly respected client is seeking a Head of Credit Approval with at least 7-year strategic credit approval and risk management.

The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities:

Review loan requests
Assess customers' financial status
Evaluate creditworthiness and risk
Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests
Providing guidance to branch staff on best practices for underwriting
Develops and implements policies and procedures that reduce credit risk

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking and Finance, Economics or related field
Proven work experience as Credit Officer, Senior Credit Officer or similar role
Strong analytical skills
Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information
