EFFECTIVE BUSINESS PARTNERING
Works with business / end user to establish, maintain and refine product requirements and product backlog

Owns the user experience, understands end user business value, prioritizes accordingly

Represents the product team externally

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
following Agile discipline

Works with product team to plan sprints and sprint content

Defines product vision, release, sprint goals and is responsible for ensure in time completion % from P&L results and reporting

Creates, maintains and manages product budget

Responsible for the product success incl. P&L

Full reporting in time and in full

EFFECTIVE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Ensuring the full set of Products adheres to the vision;
Ensures that Product prioritise backlogs based on strategic priorities;
Manages Product budget decisions as well as financial risks and opportunities;
Is overall accountable for the adherence to standards that are applicable to the product;
Accountable for delivering the Products within scope, time and budget in line with methodology and policies;
