Job Responsibility for Sales Manager - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

  • Manage sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals
  • Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results set by the business
  • Support and monitor the implementation of the business plan. Reporting on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts before the Board of Directors
  • Building and developing customer system:
  • Seek and develop relationships with customers and partners in the field of business activities
  • Taking care of and building a mechanism for customers to increase inbound leads and maintain revenue
  • Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales

Requirement for
Sales Manager - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Having experience in the position of Sales Team Leader, Sales Director or similar positions, having achievements and regularly meeting/exceeding sales
  • Fluent in business English
  • Proficient in communication, presentation and influence skills at all levels of organization
  • Being sensitive to business opportunities, having indepth industry and product knowledge
  • Be openminded, willing to learn, receive feedback
  • Commercial sales experience preferred
