Position Summary

Identify digital touch points for product and brand promotion and set effective digital channel operation strategy.
Create contents that are suited for each channel and run digital media campaigns or CRM(Customer Relationship Management) programs to increase channel traffic and strengthen customer relationship.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop clear vision, strategies and action plans for Samsung Digital Marketing to build brand, business and drive scale / cost efficiency.
Lead & supervise online marketing staffs and digital partners to plan & execute Samsung website, forum, etc. to be in line with HQ and RHQ guidelines for both corporate and categories, initiatives
Plan Digital Marketing Plan that leverage the scale of Samsung and ensure successful launches of flagship initiatives.
Qualify, lead and evaluate Digital / online agency to ensure best in class executions and on time launch for all categories.
Pilot new ideas for Samsung in terms of digital / online marketing.
Build databases & knowledge of Digital Marketing COE
Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the executions monthly and report frequently to Marcom head on time for quick resolutions (i.e. timeline, quantity distributed, cost saving, etc.)
Operate within budget

Skills and Qualifications

Strong marketing track record with over 8 years of experience in Digital marketing management & leading a team.
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing/ Digital Media Planning.
Strong ability to think strategically and implement vision / direction across teams
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills; Able to lead internal team members and work closely with external business partners to achieve results
Strong selfmotivated and ability to work under pressure and ambiguity
Communicate in English fluently (speaking and writing)
