KTI Talent Indicator is an AI-powered talent discovery software platform that provides talent mapping, evaluation, and reskilling services with training for companies.

Currently, we are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on and React.

Functions

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on and React.
Advanced proficiency in and NestJS; strong knowledge of React.
Experience with Python and developing web services/APIs.
Solid understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
