Product and Customer Profiling:

• Master the company's products and services to effectively articulate their value proposition.
• Define ideal customer profiles based on market research and customer analysis.

Sales and CRM Management:

• Utilize the Sales CRM system to manage leads and track the customer journey.
• Implement inbound and outbound sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and meetrevenue key performance indicators (KPIs).

Lead Generation and Conversion:

• Initiate lead generation strategies and conversion tactics to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective sales and marketing initiatives.

Customer Journey and Client Experience:

• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
• Continuously improve the client experience by monitoring and enhancing customer interactions.

Partnership Enhancement:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business cooperation with EMVN and foster mutual growth.

Yêu cầu công việc:


Who we are looking for:

• Have at least 02 years of experience at the same positions.
• Excellent business sense or experience in the entertainment/music industry.
• A deep understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Autonomous, resultoriented, and authentically curious.
• Vietnamese and English proficiency.
• Love music is a plus
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City
