As a Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for driving collaboration, expanding our network, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Tasks

Identify and Cultivate Partnerships:

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and align partnership strategies with organizational goals.
  • Proactively identify potential partners, including but not limited to industry associations, educational institutions, and other recruitmentrelated organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.

Negotiation and Contracting:

  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policies.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and report on the performance of partnerships, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.interviews

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. From a top university is a must
  • At least 1 year experience in partnership development, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry. Experience in 360 Recruitment is acceptable
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluent in English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
