Job Description:

Vialto Partners Professional skills and responsibilities for a Senior Associate in Global Mobility Services include but are not limited to:

Be part of a team to deliver Payroll, Employment Tax and Immigration compliance and advisory services to clients;
Review the data entry/the work prepared by the Associate to support for PIT declarations;
Responsible for controlling the clients' status, instruct the Associate to perform the work and update the Managers and above;
Assisting with research and advisory works related to PIT and immigration in support of the Managers and above;
Working with relevant authorities to deliver the services to the clients;
Attending to external and internal meetings;
Providing coaching to the junior staffs, providing feedback to junior staff, peer and upward levels.
Understand and show professional manners in meetings and dealings with clients;
Support the team in other areas of business including training, knowledge management and business development;
Perform other clients and administrative works as assigned;
Uphold the firm code of ethics and business conduct

Qualifications:

Experience from fast pace multinational companies with matrix structure is preferred;
Good understanding in Labour law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax regulations is an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Resultoriented, proactive, meticulous, responsible and with good communication skills, interpersonal skills, stake holder management skills;
Good logical thinking and problem solving;
Good command of both written and spoken English;
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors is encouraged.
