    Our client is a manufacturing company, now looking for a Factory Director ($3000, ID12077)
  • Manage all factory production activities, including planning and implementing a strategic manufacturing plan to meet the company's objectives.
  • Keep track of the use of machine, products and materials arrangement, warehouse, ect in accordance with factory's management range
  • In charge of managing and evaluating employees's performance, organize training courses to foster competency and professional skills
  • Develop comprehensive shortterm, midterm and longterm development plan for the factory
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage manufacturing performance, control all production and financial data to minimize loss
  • Directly report to BOD, responsible for all aspects of factory to BOD
  • Complete other assigned tasks.

Requirement:


  • Male/Female
, Age: 40-50 years old

  • Bachelor Degree major in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Texttile,...
  • From 5 years working experience in the same position for garment manufacturing factory
  • Extensive background in texttile techniques
  • Fluently English
