• Monitor and manage the journey and progress of goods and products.
• Resolve conflicts and problems that arise related to goods and products during transportation.
• Carry out customsrelated procedures such as declaration, shipping documents or other related paperwork.
• Monitor the progress of export goods; Coordinate with relevant units and suppliers to ensure export progress.
• Check the suitability of customs clearance documents, prepare shipping documents (Customs declaration, Contract, Packing list, Invoice, C/O, B/L,...);
• Monitor outstanding debts with partners;
• Handle issues related to goods and documents with relevant parties;
• Professional reporting, record keeping;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• University graduate withmajor in Import-Export and related majors.
• Minimum 02 year of experience in a similar position.
• Agile style, polite attitude, good communication and information transfer skills.
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, selfcontrolled, careful, meticulous and responsible for work.
• Proficient in using Excel, Word,... and related software.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to write reports in English.
