Description

The role will include, but not be limited to:

• Oversee the accounting function and related activities of the plant, ensuring that record keeping of the Company is complete and accurate, including

• Maintain a comprehensive system of internal controls to ensure proper documentation, authorization, and general controls for all purchases and expenses
• Cost Accounting- provides company with accurate cost/profit analysis for each product produced at the factory
• Analyze and report operations, including periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annually) to Management
• Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of inventory and warehouse departments- keeping an accurate account of each individual unit's actual inventory.
• Responsible for cash expenditures, cash receipts and to balance cash flow

Profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the Accounting role. (must exp in Manufacturing)
• Experience with Misa or any Accounting software will be a good advantage.
• Professional in both spoken and written English.
• Solid knowledge related to Costing. Familiar with US GAP report or any relevant will be a good advantage
• Be able to consolidate the report, and have business -analytically mindset.
• Proven track record with VAT refund
• Good at Excel & Familiar with other MS Office.
• Able to work 6 days/week
