Description
Overseeing the annual financial audit process and ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax obligations for the Vietnam operating company.
Ensuring adherence to statutory filing requirements encompassing taxes, transfer pricing, legal matters, payroll, corporate governance, and regulations, including interactions with Custom & Tax authorities.
Maintaining precise financial records in accordance with legal mandates, local accounting standards, and IFRS guidelines. Spearheading the establishment, monitoring, and enforcement of robust internal controls, in collaboration with internal and external auditors.
Identifying and implementing best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation. Enhancing accounting and control policies, procedures, work processes, and reporting systems to foster growth, efficiency, and simplicity.
Providing strategic financial recommendations to management and leading financial aspects of company-specific growth initiatives and strategies.
Ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of corporate financial reporting obligations.
Monitoring changes in legal, tax, and regulatory landscapes to ensure ongoing compliance and capitalise on emerging opportunities, while also addressing potential threats.
Supporting treasury initiatives and fulfilling related reporting requirements.
Profile
Chief Accountant Certificate is a must
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with 5-6 years of work experience in Trading is a plusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholdersHighly independent and resourceful, with strong attention to detailProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applicationsPreferably experienced with IFRS StandardFluent in English, both written and spokenJob Offer
