- Drive accurate monthly Opex reporting. Lead monthly closings, prepaid expenses, and provisions for expenses.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting with commentary.
- Maintain an efficient and compliant payments process in line with company policies, procedures, and BIR requirements to prevent tax leakage.
- Conduct meticulous stock counts and bolster controls on importation tracking and freight cost tracking. Proactively manage inventory risk to maintain optimal levels and minimize exposure.
- Drive reconciliations between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP systems.
- Ensure punctual and compliant filing and payment of tax returns.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and tax authorities during audits.
- Lead or actively participate in ad hoc projects. Drive enhancements to SAP systems, Zoho, and other financial tools to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of Finance and Accounting experience, ideally in Audit Firms and MNCs, with 1+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Excellent leadership abilities, adept at team training and management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
