As a Senior Executive, Digital Marketing, you are responsible to develop full scope digital marketing plans and digital advertisement strategy across all social media platforms and an overall digital creative vision for superstar, established and emerging Music artists.

Coordinate social media, content development, streaming marketing, digital advertising & CRM campaigns for assigned artists.


What you will do:

  • Work with inhouse and/or thirdparty content creators to conceptualize & complete shortform content for social media, etc. (while identifying new creators on an ongoing basis).
  • Experience in Digital advertising strategy, social media advertising strategy, YouTube etc
  • Provide ideas & strategy for online marketing campaign. Communicate with artist management/artist on a regular basis to convey overall digital strategy and present opportunities as they arise.
  • Assure all current and any new digital partners get the assets and attention they need to execute effective promotions.
  • Spot digital trends, understand new technologies and social media behaviour and align these with business objectives to create new and innovative marketing opportunities and solutions.
  • Monitor analytics on streaming platforms, understand the consumption patterns and craft tailor made campaigns to maximize music consumption.
  • Provide indepth analysis measuring the success of campaigns/tools and communicate the results to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience in paid digital advertising strategy.
  • Strong analytics data skills.
  • Insight & Analytics working closely with regional and local Subject Matter Experts in data analytics to leverage licensed and existing SME tools, develop dashboards and oversee their use, delivering analytics to enable better strategizing in our campaigns, and identify & capitalize on opportunities
  • Develop a reputation as a goto positive person who is constantly resourceful with a great attitude.
  • Build budget, and effectively execute paid media campaigns.
  • Participate in new artist pitch meetings.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assignments at the highest quality level.
  • Handle ad hoc task and projects as assigned from time to time.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Company and/or GM, Singapore & International Marketing, SEA from time to time.

Who you are:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, multimedia, music business, digital business, mathematic, business management or any related field is preferred, not mandate
  • At least 35 years of progressive digital marketing experience at a record label or other related media companies.
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Thorough understanding of the music & entertainment marketplace.
  • Knowledge of the music streaming landscape.
  • Solid understanding / interest in lifestyle verticals and Urban culture.
  • Social Media Obsessed: Demonstrated knowledge of and professional planning and executing experience with social platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, Google, Line etc.).
  • Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities, as well as in the work environment, and have the ability to be flexible in adapting to reprioritized tasks.
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to speak in forums, meetings and presentations.
  • Experienced and skilled at acting as a liaison between the artists/artist management and the label using persuasion, empathy, communication and trust is a plus.
  • Must be highly organized and capable of developing and keeping to a project timeline.
  • Prior experience with a variety of digital marketing tools.
  • Creative, selfstarter with exceptional followup skills.
  • Proficiency/knowledge in CRM programs including Salesforce, Tableau etc. is a plus.
  • Data analysis/consumerbehaviour research skills are a plus.
  • If you are coming with a music background as given our slim presence in Vietnam, someone who may have relationships with publishers, media, artist community, DSPs, Digital Partners (meta, TikTok) etc would add a lot of value.
