Job summary:

Adecco's client is a well-known biotechnology research corporation in the world.

Responsibilities:

Backend Development:
Create, implement, and manage dependable, reusable, and efficient Python code.
Develop and manage online services and apps built using Django.
Database management
Involves creating and managing tables, relationships, and schemas for databases.
Use Django ORM if possible to optimize and troubleshoot database queries for performance.
API Development:
Create RESTful APIs to facilitate frontend features.
Work together to connect serverside logic with frontend devs.
Collaboration
Working closely with crossfunctional teams to develop, design, and launch new features.
Work together with other team members to guarantee that frontend and backend components integrate seamlessly.
Code Stability and Maintainability:
Compose unit tests to guarantee the stability and maintainability of the code.
Review code to make sure best practices are being followed.
Security and Performance:
Put data protection and security procedures into place.
Locate and fix any performance snags

Experience requirements:

Three to five years' experience.
Experience working as a backend developer with Python and Django.
Strong command of the Django REST framework, Django ORM, and associated tools.
Possess knowledge of PostgreSQL relational databases.
Knowledge of frontend technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of code versioning systems, like Git.
Familiarity with best practices and patterns in software design.
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline (or comparable job experience).
Proficiency in orchestration and containerization tools, such as Docker.
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (S3, SQS).
Celery task queue management experience.
Fluent in English
