Major Job Responsibilities/Duties

Able to lead a team of project leaders and direct department initiatives, including project quality, vendor strategy, delivery service, process improvement, tools improvement and cost management
Work closely with the Management to review and revise team's and individual's performance measurements to drive higher achievement
Review and facilitate customers' feedback and quality evaluation or postproject review if necessary to recommend solution
Liaise with Regional Sales Teams and Clients on managing stakeholders' expectation and communications
Manage project budgets optimally with accountability, preparation and presentation of reports
Colead crossfunction projects to improve project operations to attain ISO certification

Upgrading linguists' competency and productivity

Job Qualifications & Skills Preferred/Required

Degree holder and above with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in localization/ translation technology industry
Prior experience in team management is important
Familiar with web data formats, HTML, XML, CSV, and digital content management
Multitasking, responsible, able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Possess strong localization service knowledge, localization technology and process excellence skills to coach and guide the team
High integrity, eager to learn and able to work independently

Salary: 14,200,000₫ - 17,600,000₫ per month
