New Business Development in assigned market


How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

1. New business development in assigned territories and/or market (70%)

  • Understand the potential opportunities and timely discover prospects
  • Approach customer for needs confirmation, solution proposal and persuasion and negotiation
  • Prepare solution, proposal, contract
  • Report call visit in BAR+

2. Market intelligence and market report (20%)

  • Establish and update market data in assigned territories (customers, competitors)
  • Build basin report for highly potential areas.
  • Promote company image by attending exhibition, seminar, or relevant events.

3. Other assigned tasks by Direct supervisor or Management (10%)

  • Project base, short term assignment or additional role

Are you a MATCH?:


  • University degree of Chemistry/Business Administration/ Foreign trade/ Technical (prefer: chemistry, technical (mechanical, engineering)
  • Fluent in English (Read/Write/Spoken) Chinese would be an advantage
  • 14 years experience in technical sales with industrial products, preferably in a multinational organization with engineering/technical background.
  • Preferable experience in working for FDI enterprise with ERP and solution product which require customer production process
  • High adaptability & learning; Strong communication, negotiation & proactiveness.
  • Market orientation, practical and achieving great results.
  • Project management; careful/attention to detail; willing to learn and explore technical issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, mature minded as well as able to work independently with initiative.
