1) Financial Statement Preparation and Reporting

  • Take charge of new businesses' financial reporting (i.e. Organon, Brewhub, etc,)
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in financial statements.
  • Support Chief Accountant to prepare financial statements following applicable accounting standards and ensure monthend timeline is met with quality. Collaborate with Chief Accountant to analyse and interpret financial results.

2) Cashflows Management

  • Take ownership of Order to Cash workflow, in which purchase orders received and import tax recorded and paid on time, then customers invoiced accurately.
  • Liaise with Sales Admin and Chief Accountant to manage both payments and collections to avoid and/or minimize cash shortfalls. Raise red flag to management along with proposed solutions at least one month before cash deficit might occur.

3) Internal Control

  • Review historical finance data to be ready for future tax audit.
  • Liaise with Accountants to reconcile hard documents against audited financial statements and make recommendations where appropriate.
  • Support Finance Controller to put up relevant internal control in place to ensure business workflows go smoothly.

4) Balance Sheet Reconciliation

  • Own BS reconciliation process to be done within week
  • Review aged balances with Financial Controller with recommendations to minimize potential BS risks.

_Requirements_

  • Bachelor ́s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Chief Accountant certificate is required.
  • BRAVO and Odoo CRM experiences are a plus.
  • Good level of computer literacy (Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Good communication English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to act and operate independently with mínimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives. "Willing to do, open to change and continuously improve" behaviours are required
