Altsource's Asian Headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City is growing quickly, and we have many big goals ahead.

You will have chance to work on challenging projects with talented team members in Vietnam, Japan and in the United States.

We are not your typical outsourcing company. You will need to take ownership and be responsible for creating the solutions to drive success for our clients.

What You'll Do:

As the Team Lead you will build software that matters to real businesses using it every day.

To be successful you will need to gain a deep understanding of each client's business to help build software to help achieve their goals.

We stand by the quality of our work, and you will see the solution through to delivery and beyond as our clients uncover more needs.

This position will require you to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, which for the right person will be a fun and challenging position.

You will be managing team members in Vietnam, working with US or Japan team members, or working directly with clients.

This will include managing the team's day to day activities, mentoring team members to help them grow and develop; monitor, and take ownership of the work that the team produces, and even diving into the project to write code.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

You will be successful with AltSource if you have:

10+ Years of experience working on enterprise software projects utilizing C#,.NET, SQL Server, and front-end frameworks like ReactJS, VueJS.
Experience as a technical decision maker on projects providing guidance on architecture, code quality, tech stack, test coverage, prototyping, etc.
Likes to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of the work that you and your team completes to ensure that it meets the internal and external stakeholder's requirements.
Top notch management and leadership skills to guide and mentor team members to help them continually improve.
Ability to work closely with international team members to understand goals and product vision.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal to clearly convey all necessary details and questions to team members and management.
Adaptable and flexible to adopt the AltSource methodology and can shift priorities quickly to achieve goals.
Capable of understanding business goals of our clients and help collaborate on how to achieve those with efficient solutions.
Excellent time management and organizations skills to allow you to manage a wide range of responsibilities meeting all deadlines.
Experienced with creating estimates around work.
Passionate about software development and always continuing to research and stay up to date on the latest technologies.
Interest and skills writing maintainable and testable code in a shared code base.
Experience as technical decision maker on projects: architecture, code quality, tech stack, test coverage, prototyping, etc.
Skills in database development and knowledge of use of cloud technologies.
Experience leading an Agile development team driven to excellence in engineering processes (including mentoring and supporting teammates, participating in code reviews and pair programming as necessary).
