- Develop a robust pipeline to acquire activity operators in Vietnam for the Seek Sophie platform using diverse channels such as email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and direct outreach methods; comprehensively understand their offerings, business models, and alignment with the platform.
- Engage in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential merchants to secure their partnership and integration onto the Seek Sophie platform.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships and partnerships with merchants, ensuring their performance contributes to expanding the Seek Sophie merchant network and driving company revenue growth.
- Contribute to assessing business needs and take proactive steps to introduce new categories and revenue streams.
- Occasionally travel to various Asian countries to conduct on-the-ground research and identify optimal experiences for inclusion on the Seek Sophie platform.
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in business development, account management, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese; proficiency in any other Asian languages is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively close deals.
- Capable of building and nurturing relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness is essential, as you will often need to devise practical solutions to complex challenges in a small company setting.
