Job description:

Objective

DevOps
Engineer is a senior backend developer that can play two roles.

DevOps
Engineer will assist to build and maintain The Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP), which represents the workflows, activities, and automation needed to shepherd a new piece of functionality from ideation to an on-demand release of value to the end user.

The pipeline consists of four aspects:
Continuous Exploration (CE), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and Release on Demand.

DevOps
Engineer will embed the security into DevOps and build a highly automated DevSecOps.

Responsibilities:

Build, map and optimize delivery of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP) by addressing key elements like: process time, lead time, delay time and percent of completion and accuracy.
Analyze the needs of units and consult, design, deploy cloudbased solutions, consider potential effectiveness and risk of solutions.
Identify risks and coordinate with related units to propose methods to measure and minimize risks in operations.
Make recommendations, improvements and enhancements through continuous assessment of security threats and vulnerabilities in the cloud.
Ensure the cloud solutions align with service quality, comply with the Bank's regulations and

Your skills and experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology
4 to 6+ years of experience building and maintaining Cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of how to secure Cloud environments and meet compliance requirements
Handson experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform
Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration
Basic knowledge in backend web development using scripting languages / frameworks (Java, Python, PHP, NodeJS or Ruby)
Experience working with relational DBMS and SQL
Experience working in a sourcecontrolled environment, such as Git or TFVC
Basic understanding of API design and implementation
Experience working in Agile teams to support digital transformation projects
Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
Good at English is a plus
