Position Overview

As our HR Manager in Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions in the Country.

You will work closely with our leadership team, specifically reporting to the Regional HR Manager, to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Develop and manage effective performance management programs to drive employee productivity and development.
  • Implement and enhance people operations processes, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws in Vietnam.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including performance, career development, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, employee recognition, and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, such as recruiters and payroll providers, to optimize HR processes and ensure costeffectiveness.

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and 3 years as Leader/Senior role
  • Have in depth knowledge of Human Resource Management (including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Vietnam labor code & social insurance law related to human resource work)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good English communication
  • Multitasking, organization, coaching, supervision skill
  • Familiarity with SaaS or EduTech industries is a plus
