Strong knowledge & experience in the following items is a must:

• Experience in e-Payment, e-Commerce, or B2B is preferable
• Strong customer relations skills
• Handle endtoend process to onboard new merchants/partners and make sure to meet onboarding SLA by assisting with merchant integration and support integration related queries.
• Perform UAT and Live verification tests & frequently conduct testing user flow to improve services
• Follow up with the technical Support team and other stakeholders in the company to make sure the inquiries/ requests/ complaints of merchants are solved properly.
• Internal contact point between technology team and business/product development team if there are any technical issues/bugs that need action.
• Support operations tasks, including but not limited: reconciliation, payment inquiries, followup refund process, etc.
• Other common tasks for the daytoday tech support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 45 years of experience.
• Strong and proven experience in operational & product support in technology companies.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce shopping platforms and plugin
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Solid experience in working across multiple projects and groups of people simultaneously.
• Strong passion for customer experience and understanding of customer behavior.
• Excellent in excel (macro & VBA) & PowerPoint.
• Experience in project management and data visualization is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal is a must.
