Description

Collaborate with other category and brand leaders to build mid/long term sourcing strategies. Ensure company interests and growth plans are secured
Identify key priorities for building out sourcing strategy and establish guard rails
Work with the Brands and to continually improve accuracy of projections.
Decide on order/projection movements across vendors/countries. Work with vendors on long term capacity building and align with vendors company sourcing strategy
Work with RM teams and decide on necessary mill allocation for future.
Work with Raw Materials Technical and Raw Materials Planning to build long term mill capacity & capability to execute Sourcing Strategy
Work with supply chain in ensuring high level capacity inquiries are fulfilled.
Come up with Speed solutions that will facilitate in fulfilling Brand requirement in future.
Ensure all major calendar changes are practical and work with Brand partners to minimize risk to business.
Work with vendors to continually upgrade their capabilities to cater to growing needs of Brands in terms of speed, flexibility and agility.
Own and drive global strategic initiatives rolled out by the organization
Establish and mentor world class high performing teams with clear succession planning
Monitor key deliverables in terms of effective loading at a vendor and country level and take appropriate action to minimize deviations

Qualifications

Product Development

costing, consumption, risk assessment, product life cycle development
Production Management bulk order and calendar management, factory vendor Purchase Order management
Demand Planning sourcing strategy, projections, capacity management and allocation
Proven record in leadership and cross functional team management.
Able to navigate and influence as a trusted adviser to leadership.
Proficient in Word, Excel advanced functions and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with planning tools / software is an advantage
