Primary Responsibilities:

Inspire the team to achieve business goals within a framework of constant improvement, process excellence, and optimal workshop productivity.
Oversee and implement all Aftersales standard procedures and audits in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
Guarantee workshop compliance with legal prerequisites and safety regulations.
Foster a robust collaborative bond with manufacturers.
Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers.
Execute any additional duties delegated by the immediate supervisor.

Main Requirements:

Demonstrated Aftersales Management track record of at least 3 years in the automotive sector.
Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication.
Deep dedication to customer service with prior involvement in a servicecentered setting.
Proficient communication skills coupled with a customercentric demeanor.
Exceptional aptitude for managing individuals and interpersonal interactions.
Oriented towards processes, profoundly motivated, and dedicated to achieving results.
