    Primary Responsibilities:

    Human Resources Management:

    • Provide guidance to the HR executive in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process.
    • Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

    Administrative Oversight:

    • Lead the admin executive in managing all company paperwork and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
    • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all administrative systems and processes.

    Accounting Leadership:

    • Direct the accounting executive in managing relationships with accounting vendors and overseeing the quality of outsourced accounting functions.
    • Supervise the preparation of business-oriented P&L statements and cash management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Guide financial decision-making by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

    Procurement & Payment Collection:

    • Manage the procurement & payment collection specialist to ensure prompt and professional enterprise client follow-ups and payment collections.
    • Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Oversee the invoicing process and ensure effective cash flow management.
