DepartmentProduct Management- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams.

The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals.

It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service.

Solve product issues on a daily basis in ticketing systems (Jira, Internal Ticket Portal)
Followup with regional product team on the issue root cause, fix solutions and timeline
Work closely with crossfunctional teams (Business Development, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to provide technical support and advice on productrelated logic
Sync up with local product teams on product features, product logic and issues
Consolidate user and department feedback and compose process/product feature improvements.

Requirements:

12 years experience in Product Support/ Project Management/ Customer Service or related fields.
Excellent problem solving skills, who love to solve problems and make a better product experience
Decent technical understanding and programming knowledge to communicate effectively with technical product teams
Intermediate SQL & Excel skills
Proven communication and critical thinking skills, who can identify the user's real problems and convert business matters into technical terms and vice versa
Eager to learn & thrive in technologies and ecommerce industry
