Responsibilities:

• Training, coaching and mentoring of colleagues from SurTec Vietnam and Asia in all 4 Fields of Applications to strengthen the sales skills and to ensure the expansion in Vietnam and Asia economy.
• Support acquisition of new projects and maintaining relations with existing clients
• Analysis of baths either at customer side, coordinated through partners or Technical Center
• Implementation of technologies at clients' plants
• Providing independent consulting services concerning technological processes implemented at our clients ́ plants
• Perform work in compliance with the work health and safety rules and regulations and observe the respective orders and guidelines
• Coordinate technical support to our partners via Technical Center
• Key Account Management

Qualifications:

• Study of Surface/Electroplating Technology or apprenticeship as surface coater with additional qualification in electroplating via technical school
• 5+ years of job experience in a similar role
• Deep knowledge and experience in all four Fields of Application (Electroplating Functional/Decorative, Metal Pre-Treatment, Industrial Parts Cleaning)
• Experience in training, mentoring and coaching teams
• Profound knowledge of surface technologies product portfolio
• Years of experience in the Key Account Management
• Strong network and contacts to industry's Key Accounts and industry insider knowledge
• Experienced in Project Management and Operational Excellence
• Good knowledge of Quality Management
• Intercultural experience and competence
• Computer literate
• Methodical and systematic in problem solving
• Excellent reportwriting skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
