Mô tả
Coordinating with the Senior Accountant to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the payment process across all payment gateways. Take charge of ensuring on-time payments and be the Point of contact for all related parties reg payment status.

  • Automate the approval payment process across departments and payment gateways.
  • Conduct research to identify and implement payment tools that minimize manual tasks and speed up the payment process.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive booking of payables accounting.
  • Validate and process payment requests from various departments, ensuring proper coding to the appropriate GL account. Follow up with the payment request initiator to address any payment or invoicerelated issues.
  • Verify employee expense reports within the companys system and initiate payment transactions, etc. Follow up with employees regarding pending expense reports.
  • Ensure that posted invoices adhere to accounting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including approved purchase requests, goods/services received, and approved payment requests.
  • Prepare intercompany loan and accounts payable transactions with other entities within the group.
  • Generate aging reports and reconcile bank, cash, and payable accounts.
  • Update bank account and cryptocurrency movements and balances on a weekly or biweekly basis.
  • Provide monthly cash flow forecasts for the entity, considering cash injections from vendors.
  • Process payment postings in the system.
  • Control amount in bank and handle foreign exchange transactions for selling foreign currencies in case of shortages.
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Senior Finance Manager.

Requirements:


  • Familiarity and experience with crypto accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payables accounting.
  • Experienced in accounting software is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent. Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA) is a plus but not obligated
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Organized and detailoriented.
You have several years of experience in working with human resource management, hereunder on recruitment and training.

Given the rapid expansion of our operations, we are looking into automating more processes around recruitment and moving more training to distance-based online training.


We imagine that you have:
Solid experience in sourcing large number of headcounts including freelancers. Experience with advertising and recruitment strategies using also social media platforms. Experience in implementing online and automated recruitment processes. Experience in training management, preferably online and distance-based training. Strong communication skills, fluency in English A sound commercial understanding. Excellent communication skills hereunder English. Strong leadership with the ability to foster strong relationships. A collaborative approach. Experience with handling change management processes.
