Job summary:


Our client located in Hai Phong city, managing sourcing and OEM manufacturing here has the responsibility for providing finished products and excellent logistics service for customers from the third-party sources.

Our client is looking for experienced talents to join us who are up for the challenge to cope with their fast growing business here.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, design, and translate product concepts to defined products, including project management and resolving technical issues.
  • Effectively partner with upfront development teams to launch new or resourced products in OEM plants.
  • Involve in debug, pilot & trouble shooting to assure products produced are meeting quality, cost & schedule.
  • Involve in process control & production line efficiency, minimize scrap rate and maintain quality.
  • Identify value improvement and cost saving opportunities.

Experience requirements:


  • Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product development / manufacturing sectors, prefer in Toys industry / household applicant / consumer product / injection plastic.
  • Skills
  • Fairly good spoken & listening English. Good written English. Ability to speak basic Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Basic PC knowledge & 2D / 3D drafting techniques.
  • Frequent local travelling is required, approx. 1 to 2 hrs. distance away from office.

Education requirements:


  • University or Technical College graduate with major in Mechanical, industrial or other relevant engineering disciplines.
  • University or College graduate in Graphic Design, Packaging Design or art related disciplines.
