As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering value to our customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver features that meet customer needs and enhance our product offerings.

Your skills and experience:

Responsibilities:

Gather product requirements from stakeholders like customers, management, and employees:

Define and maintain product backlog by prioritizing features, stories, and updates:
Work closely with engineering and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure technical feasibility

Create, communicate, and maintain product roadmaps and release plans:

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with dev teams

Measure product success through KPIs and product analytics:

Present product strategy, vision, and plans to senior leadership

Own product quality, set performance and usability standards, and assess again

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in software development

Expert knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and software development processes:

Strong technical aptitude and an understanding of software architecture and technologies

Ability to gather and evaluate complex product requirements:

Hands-on experience with product/project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
Passion for user experience and product usability

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills:

Ability to think strategically and conceptually about product direction and vision:
Selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
