Trách nhiệm công việc1. Project Manager/ Senior Techinical Leader:• Trưởng nhóm phát triển ứng dụng cho các dự án khách hàng Nhật Bản/Toàn cầu do công ty mẹ tại Nhật Bản phụ trách
• Hỗ trợ người quản lý dự án đến từ Nhật Bản và dẫn dắt các thành viên trong nhóm người Việt Nam (3-5 người)
• Xác định yêu cầu, thiết kế, tiến hành, thử nghiệm,... trong tất cả các giai đoạn của dự án.2. Project Leader/Technical Leader:
• Hiểu yêu cầu hệ thống và triển khai hệ thống
• Tuân thủ quy trình phát triển phần mềm để đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng dự án,...
• Hỗ trợ người quản lý dự án và giữ vai trò chủ chốt trong nhóm
• Báo cáo cho người quản lý dự ánKỹ năng/Kinh nghiệm cần thiết- Giới tính: Bất kỳ. Độ tuổi: Không yêu cầu- Trình độ học vấn: Bằng Cử nhân Khoa học Máy tính, Kỹ thuật Máy tính hoặc bất kỳ lĩnh vực nào khác liên quan đến CNTT.- Trình độ ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Nhật trình độ trung cấp (tương đương trình độ JLPT N3 trở lên)- Kinh nghiệm:1/ Với vị trí Project Manager/ Senior Techinical Leader: Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty CNTT với vai trò kỹ sư/kiến trúc sư IT/lập trình viên hệ thống.2/ Với vị trí Project Leader/Technical Leader: Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty IT ở vị trí kỹ sư/kiến trúc sư IT/lập trình viên hệ thống.- Các kỹ năng khác:+ Kiến thức về vận hành hệ thống cũng như vận hành hoạt động kinh doanh trong các lĩnh vực như sản xuất, hải quan, tài chính,...Kỹ năng/Kinh nghiệm ưu tiên
