Mô tả

Develop and implement an automated system to generate monthly financial reports, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Payroll, Benefits, Taxes, and other deductions.

Ensure that all financial reports adhere to Vietnamese accounting standards.

  • Ensure the general ledger, fixed asset register, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets are accurately and fully recorded and supported by documentation through the system.
  • Take ownership of the system workflow and Accounting Handling Ownership Reporting Procedure.
  • Schedule and post business transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger entries. Verify and process invoices and ensure the accuracy of financial data for maintaining accounts payable records.
  • Generate payment reports from system regularly for the Admin team to process payments.
  • Review monthly profit margins to ensure the reasonable allocation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) based on the transfer pricing system.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit VAT (Value Added Tax), FCT (Foreign Contractor Tax), and CIT (Corporate Income Tax) reports on time as required by the team or in coordination with external parties.
  • Stay updated on new Accounting and Tax standards and policies. Provide guidance to other departments on Accounting and Taxrelated matters.

Requirements:


  • Over 3 years of working experience in accounting, preferably with multiinternational companies.
  • Strong experience with cloud business software suite is big plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
  • Professional accounting designation such as CPA, CA, or CMA is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Organized, detailoriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
You have several years of experience in working with human resource management, hereunder on recruitment and training.

Given the rapid expansion of our operations, we are looking into automating more processes around recruitment and moving more training to distance-based online training.


We imagine that you have:
Solid experience in sourcing large number of headcounts including freelancers. Experience with advertising and recruitment strategies using also social media platforms. Experience in implementing online and automated recruitment processes. Experience in training management, preferably online and distance-based training. Strong communication skills, fluency in English A sound commercial understanding. Excellent communication skills hereunder English. Strong leadership with the ability to foster strong relationships. A collaborative approach. Experience with handling change management processes.
