• Understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements.
• Analyze the requirements of customers from a business view and an enduser view.
• Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Developers and provide input to design and product specifications.
• Document functional and business requirements.
• Tracking all change requests from customers. Manage all requirements, specifications, and change requests of the project.
• Work with the development team to review the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or solve the problems.
• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
• Contact partners for integration with an outside system
• Write documents (project or product specifications, description, design, and analysis)
• Create Features List
• Answer Q&A of customers and developers

• At least 2 years of experience in a BA position.
• Very good at English command
• Having good attention to user experience and product delight
• Strong business analytical skills and logical mind.
• Good UML knowledge is preferred
• Having a deep knowledge of software development process & experience in Ecommerce industry is preferred
• Personality Requirements
• Hardworking, responsible, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teamwork and can work under high pressure.
