• In charge of recruiting & managing Nimoshow agency, including Agency training & recruitment, Idol Live casting and daily management tasks.
• Data analysis, monitoring idol live content, feedback, orientation & support agencies to improve work efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments in the team to complete the contract signing, event organization, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, Chinese or English preferred;
• Experience in the livestream industry at least 1 years or more, passionate and knowledgeable about the domestic & international entertainment livestream industry;
• High compliance, good pressure ability, clear logic, good negotiation skills, initiative and flexibility in handling problems;
• Having Agency, Idol livestream or similar resources is an advantage.
