In short:

Based in Vietnam, you will work closely with our global suppliers and manufacturers, as well as our Sourcing, Supply Chain and Development teams to assure that our end-to-end Customs operations are seamless and compliant.

You will be running Customs processes from sourcing, taking care of imports into Vietnam, and ensuring that manufacturers follow our Customs guidelines and KPIs when exporting the finished goods.

Your Mission:

Your mission is to ensure that our suppliers are aware of and comply with our Customs programme.

Be the main point of contact between our Global Customs team at Zurich, our Sourcing team in Vietnam, and manufacturers globally
Manage our manufacturing partners to correctly operate following On's Global Customs guidelines and standards

This programme would include:

Running the KPIs to monitor the performance of our manufacturing partners in terms of Customs requirements (e.g. quality of Customs documentation, document timely submission, duty saving targets, etc.)
Regularly review export Customs documentation (e.g. supplier's invoice, COO, packing list, etc.) prior to goods leaving the country of manufacturing
Maintain Customs data and supporting documents related to our suppliers to ensure the data is up to date and accessible
Train and onboard new suppliers on Customs matters
Support suppliers with our different vendor management and development softwares when needed

Your story:

4+ years of experience in Logistics, Customs, or Import and Export process
You have successfully completed a degree in international management, logistics, economics, international trade, or you have a customs broker background/license
You have practical experience with customs law, import procedures, customs values and preferential origin procedures
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage crossfunctional topics, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Able to deal with different stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Able to translate complex technical issues to nonexperts
Passionate about setting up seamless processes
Problem solving mindset and good project management skills
Fluency in English
Experience in data science/analytics is a plus
