About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Vietnamese-speaking customer service specialist with a positive and customer-oriented personality. Customer service specialists need to handle and resolve reported customer questions, provide high-quality customer service and improve customer satisfaction.


  • Responsible for receiving user's consultation and answering user's doubts through online customer service tools;
  • Feedback the problems existing in the use process of users in a timely manner, and do a good job in collecting and sorting out problems;
  • Proficient in Vietnamese, English and Mandarin;
  • Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business after receiving training. Financial related knowledge and experience is preferred;
  • Think about daily work, be good at discovering obstacles in user experience, mining user requests, and promoting problem solving and process optimization;
  • Able to work in shifts./Able to work full-night shifts (3 shifts per day: 9:00-18:00, 15:00-00:00, 00:00-9:00 and it will follow GMT+8 time zone)

Job Requirements

  • At least 1-year experience in Crypto Customer Service position;
  • Proficient in Vietnamese, English and Mandarin;
  • Good logical thinking ability, can judge the real needs of users;
  • Passionate about Client Server, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem solutions;
  • Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different objects;
  • Have self-management ability and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing;
  • Have good learning ability, good at discovery and self-summary;
  • Good at communication, good expression ability, strong affinity, hard-working, good pressure bearing ability.
