Job summary:

The leading reputable company in Vietnam specializing in distribution of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical equipment, cosmetics, and healthcare products.

Responsibilities:

Represent the company and work closely with key personnel from suppliers / vendors to receive and address any issues raised by them.
Propose solutions for resolving issues or incidents with suppliers / vendors.
Proactively develop the current workflow process and suggest solutions for handling any arising tasks to ensure that suppliers / vendors are always satisfied with the company's services.
Proactively alert suppliers / vendors about any monthly sales target that has not been achieved.
Advise suppliers / vendors on registering for promotional programs.
Ensure timely resolution of all requests from suppliers / vendors with the aim of increasing sales.
Advise various departments of the company on improving service quality to meet the requirements of suppliers / vendors.
Create a favorable environment and conditions for the staff in the department to leverage their working capabilities.
Prepare specialized reports as required by the Director and immediate supervisors.
Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisors.

Experience requirements:

Graduated from University with a major in Economics / International Business.
Experience: 3 years or more in a similar position, preferably in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry.
Dynamic, agile, and able to handle high work pressure.
Strong communication skills, problemsolving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
Language proficiency: Fluent in English for communication.
