Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
a

Deal Sourcing and Analysis:

Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in various sectors.
Conduct thorough due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessment on potential investments.
Collaborate with internal teams to assess strategic fit and alignment with investment criteria.

Investment Execution:

Lead the execution of investment transactions, including negotiations, structuring, and closing deals.
Develop financial models, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the investment process.

Portfolio Management:

Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments in the portfolio.
Conduct regular reviews and updates on investment valuations, risks, and returns.
Collaborate with portfolio companies to drive valuecreation initiatives.

Market Research and Trends:

Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes.
Provide insights and recommendations on market dynamics to support investment decisionmaking.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
Proven experience as an Investment Associate or similar role in the financial industry, Big4 company is a plus.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
