CRM Intern is responsible for supporting CRM department's day-to-day activities and administrative tasks:

  • Support execution & and operation of Tam Son Loyalty program
  • Cooperate with internal/external suppliers in providing suitable gifts for VIP customers
  • Support CRM administrative tasks
  • Manage gifting inventory
  • Do a market study & and provide fresh ideas to improve Tam Son Loyalty program
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager

3- Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Can work fulltime from Monday-Friday
  • 3rd or 4th year students, majoring in business administration, marketing or related fields are strongly preferred
  • English reading and writing
